Both the historic towns of Tetbury and Malmesbury are within a stone’s throw of us.A three-mile radius encompasses Westonbirt Arboretum and Westonbirt school, Highgrove gardens, and the Beaufort polo club. Badminton and Gatcombe horse trials are both within easy reach. We are 24 miles from the Roman spa town of Bath and from the city of Bristol, both with their many attractions. Cheltenham races are 34 miles from the Cat.Apart from these attractions, we are in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with many wonderful walks direct from our front door. We welcome well-behaved dogs.Our chef’s mission is to serve delicious pub food at reasonable prices. Our ingredients are fresh and largely sourced from local suppliers. Traditional Sunday lunch is back at The Gallery restaurant. Choose from two courses or three courses from our menu. Head Chef Jordan Dugan has created some delicious dishes using local and seasonal ingredients, some even from our kitchen garden. Enjoy your Sunday lunch with views of our beautiful gardens. Brilliant new restaurant in the wider Bristol and Bath area. Easy to reach. Enough parking spaces. Very nice atmosphere, excellent food and fantastic service. The beef brisket was tender and delicious. We tried all appetisers and they were all good. My partner is celiac and we were able to eat here, because they have many GF options and they take care of cross-contamination. I highly recommend this place for a dinner or an afternoon tea.

All courses were absolutely delicious. Well seasoned and presented, with great flavours. The two fish dishes I had (tuna starter and prawn main) were melt in your mouth. Friendly and attentive staff too. Highly recommend.
