Named for an endearing Vietnamese phrase shared between friends and family, Di An Di translates to “let’s go eat” and specializes in modern Vietnamese fare. Owned and operated by first-generation Vietnamese-Americans, the cuisine is rooted in tradition with a focus on innovation, led by Executive Chef Caroline Hahm. The restaurant's signature dish, Pho Thin Hanoi, is a northern-style pho that captures the essence of Vietnamese flavors.
