Superica – “where sunshine spends the winter” – also known as Tex-Mex cuisine served in an Old-West-inspired atmosphere alongside music inspired by Austin. The cuisine is a combination of 1950s Tex-Mex and the wood grill that has taken the food to another level by way of fajitas and more. An “evolved Tex-Mex menu,” includes the classics: tacos, nachos, tamales and enchiladas plus more intricate dishes such as wood-grilled fajitas and shrimp tacos always served with just-made flour tortillas, all while paying homage to the traditions and recipes that have been a part of the Texas culture for decades.
What came to life was a truly unique dining experience authentic tastes of Mexico and Colombia all in one place.Nearly four decades later, some of our original and most popular dishes are still on the menu. We use only the freshest, finest ingredients in all our dishes from our scratch-made salsas, sauces, tortillas, and sides, to our hand-rolled enchiladas, traditional TexMex items and unique House Specialties.
Welcome to Tin Lizzy’s Taco Americana, the refreshed Midtown location of Atlanta’s beloved Tin Lizzy’s Cantina. Inspired by the relaxed, breezy west coast city of Palm Springs—the desert oasis known for its mid-century modern architecture and California-cool lifestyle—you’ll be transported with thoughtful design elements. Warm white oak paneling, vibrantly colored textiles and beach-chic original artwork set the scene. We welcome you to pull up a chair in the airy dining room, at the welcoming bar or on the easygoing patio, and explore the menu.

In 2005 four longtime college friends opened Tin Lizzy’s in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood, giving their guests a unique taqueria with service rooted in genuine hospitality. Tin Lizzy’s quickly became a popular place to work and to meet friends for refreshing margaritas and delicious FlexMex cuisine. Soon after, other neighborhoods wanted their own Tin Lizzy’s. We are excited to bring our passion for hospitality and “friends serving friends” mission to new neighborhoods.
