Welcome to Tempura Matsui –A Michelin One Star–Tempura Matsui invites you to experience the fine art of cooking tempura. Within a serene setting, guests have a seat at our counter or tables and can view the delicate preparation of lightly frying fresh fish and vegetables. We only serve Omakase Dinner Course for $280 per person at 2 specific times Tuesdays through Saturdays between 5:30PM and 8PM. Yopparai offers a unique Japanese dining experience. The sake menu is worth the visit, but what was truly special was the ambiance. We sat with friends in a secluded booth, artfully decorated, which set the stage. Our waiter did an excellent job of guiding us through the menu, which has many familiar-looking items (sushi/sashimi/tempura/etc). But the care and presentation here was out of the ordinary. Highly recommended.
