I dined at Nami Nori and had a fantastic experience despite a mix-up with my reservation. I mistakenly booked for the wrong number of people, but the manager and hostess were incredibly accommodating. They made sure to quickly adjust everything and still provide us with a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent, with the spicy lobster roll standing out as a true highlight — the flavors were fresh and vibrant, with just the right level of heat. The sushi was top-notch, and everything was beautifully presented. Our server, Sofia, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and offered great recommendations from the menu. Overall, the service and food quality exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Nami Nori to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.

Fabulous authentic Japanese spot. Friendly and helpful waitstaff made wonderful recommendations. Top quality sashimi and sake. Sampled several dishes for our group and everyone loved all. Great ambiance. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for Valentine’s Day. We arrived on time and there were still many open tables. The hostess (Josephine) leads us to a table directly next to the door. When I requested a table in the back (at least 3 open tables) she said in an extremely rude manner that she would not give me a table in the back and would only offer me the table next to the door. She further angrily stated that she has 64 reservations for that night. That’s fine but if there are many open tables when a patron arrives they should be given the opportunity to have a table that is not next to the door where the cold air hit us every time the door opened. The reservation is for a certain time NOT for a specific table so why was I denied the table I requested when there were so many open tables. The waitress was great, the food was delicious and a good value for the price. Josephine needs to learn how to politely deal with patrons if she is to stay in the hospitality industry.
