Mama Delia in Chicago is a fantastic Spanish restaurant that truly captures a fresh take on Spanish food with the essence of traditional cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the vibrant decor and warm ambiance make you feel right at home. The menu is filled with delectable options, and every dish I tried was bursting with authentic flavors. While the paella was a highlight—rich, aromatic, and filling... The Matrimonio paired with a beautiful Albarino really wowed us! The service was attentive and friendly, with staff eager to offer recommendations and ensure a wonderful dining experience.
