There’s a popular saying in Peru, “Entre Pisco Y Nazca.” It translates to having fun in a social environment encompassing exceptional cocktails. We couldn’t think of a better way to describe our Gastrobar.

The vision behind our Ceviche Gastrobar is one of a lively place serving bold-flavored dishes, unique cocktails and a vast selection of national and international beers. Inspired by top restaurants in Peru and designed by Celano Design Studio, Pisco y Nazca’s atmosphere is casual, trendy and fun with a touch of subtle sophistication. At the helm is Chef Cesar Briceno, whose experience and passion for Peruvian cuisine together with an extensive amalgam of ingredients and recipes from various influences brings an exceptional diversity of dishes to the Pisco y Nazca table.

    Our server was more attentive two the other two tables then to us she filled glass of water to the other two tables and I had to ask her to fill up mine. I was going to to order more food but she took long to come and ask us. So we paid and left left tip as courtesy but didnt really wanted to

    The food was extremely salty, for the price they have on the plates the food must be of better quality, I'm sorry but I don't return to this restaurant anymore, there are many better ones with better quality in their food, example Ceviche 105 and others

    As always food is delicious and the waiter staff and manager provide excellent service. Pisco Sour is always the best! My favorite Peruvian restaurant in Kendall. I try to visit every time I’m in Miami.

    Before the COVID, I used to be a big fan of this place. The food quality was exceptional to be honest. After the pandemic, the food quality changed so much unfortunatly. For example, the causa de camarones was my favorite from all restaurants and the shrimps were so fresh. Yesterday, the shrimps did not even taste good. The causa de tuna was also not good. Disappointed.
