New Years. 11 pm reservation. They pull their usual by overbooking to such an extent that we left after 45 minutes of waiting in line just to get to the check in. Ruined our New Years. Shame on Prime 112. Nearly everyobe in the line was irate and disgusted.

A complete disaster for New Year’s Eve! They overbooked the restaurant twice the capacity! Lines of people with reservations waiting all the way to street. They found me a table almost 1 hr late from my reservation, they were overwhelmed, unprepared, food was average at best!

The food and ambiance was amazing! My only complaint is that we opened a tab at the bar and the bartender put three drinks from someone else’s tab on our account. We noticed it this morning but it’s too late to say anything!

Was never seated so never dined. Complete chaos at check in. Huge, unmanaged line with no estimate on wait time. Finally received text that the table was ready 1.5 hours AFTER 9:30 reservation time. Restaurant continued offering online reservations in the midst of their inability to address waiting customers. Left the restaurant after waiting for over an hour with no communication from host. Ruined the allure of dining here and have canceled future reservations here and at related restaurants.

The food was amazing, both portions and taste. The service from the staff was excellent. My complaint is the wait to get our table. We had 9PM NYE reservations, and were lucky to be seated an hour and a half later. They were clearly overbooked. While the staff did their best to handle the chaos, it could have been avoided. In addition, there wasn’t enough space for all of the people to wait, which caused more frustration.

I've been to Prime 112 several times and believe me, the food is on point. This review is about Prime 112 on New Year's Eve. I had a reservation at 9pm. They were SO OVER BOOKED that it was insane. Luckily, we got seating (10pm) after standing outside for over an hour with DOZENS of other patrons... There were no party favors and the food was rushed (we were out by 11pm). I actually didn't mind leaving earlier than expected, so that I could enjoy the rest of the evening. Our waiter was very good and handled the pressure of over booking, great. The food was wonderful again (Ribeye Steak, Seafood Stuffing, Scallops, Tuna Tartare...). But, for $650 for two people, I would like to at least feel good about the experience.
