The ambiance is a combination of lively bar up front and romantic tables in back. Some of the space is too tight as I had wait staff slam into our table more than once, knocking the lit candle over. The lobster bisque was quite a disappointment. It tasted like tomato soup with some lobster shavings on top. The mushroom soup (soup of the day) was wonderful. We had two types of wagyu. The Australian wagyu was tough and some was very well done despite our ordering medium rare. The A-5 Japanese Kobi wagyu was the worst Kobi I have ever had. It was in a large chunk, had grizzle that needed to be spit out, and had sections of full fat which should not occur. True wagyu fat practically melts at room temperature so the fact that it stayed solid after searing gives me significant pause that it was even Kobi. The seasonal cocktails were a highlight of the meal as well as the customer service. Our wait staff were attentive and accommodating. Overall, I could not recommend going here if you have any interest in the wagyu. If you are looking for a nice ambiance and like the other menu items, it is likely worth it.

First , my family changed reservations several times before we arrived. Adding, subtracting and adding again …Prime 47 was extremely accommodating!! The food was great!! Very nice selection of drinks and excellent service!! Ask for D’s area. He is GREAT!! Every person there was exceptional!!
