At the slightest sight of summer, we open the doors to our patio where you can sit and take in the beautiful Victorian Industrial architecture that the site is famous for. Grab a seat at the Oyster Bar where you can mingle with a Chef shucking your oysters to order and teaching you about the amazing flavours and how to best match it to our selection of local beers.

Very nice experience: servers were very understanding of our theatre timeline and were as brisk as possible while still being pleasant and welcoming. There was a bit too long of a lag between the removal of app dishes and service of the main courses, but that may have been due to kitchen backups and staff were communicative and apologetic for the delay. I do question whether the 15 percent theatre discount was applied correctly- my math came out a few dollars different- but that as minor point. Food was very good, extremely satisfying, piping hit and tasty, and I really loved their maple sour cocktail. Overall a really pleasant dining experience and I look forward to going back to have more of the menu.

Anna was a fabulous server! Would definitely request her on return visit. She was wonderful! So friendly and knowledgeable. Hamachi tartare, fresh oysters and fish and chips were amazing. Thank you!

Good quality seafood and great service. Prices are a little high but that’s to be expected at The Distillery.

My girlfriend and I came for our anniversary, and enjoyed the Seafood Experience for 2. The food was phenomenal; the man who came out and walked us through each dish. Our server was very kind and helpful throughout our time at the restaurant. The restaurant had a very calm, dimly-lit atmosphere which was perfectly fitting for our date. We both had a memorable time and would 100% recommend and will be back.

Absolutely incredible! This restaurant exceeded all expectations. The fish tacos were hands - down the best I’ve ever had - perfectly seasoned and bursting with fresh flavors. The ceviche was equally outstanding, with a delightful balance of citrus and spice, and the tuna tartare was nothing short of perfection. Every bite was a testament to their attention to quality and flavor. Highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates top - notch seafood!
