We had a lovely meal last night at the 101 Brasserie. The food was excellent and the service was very good. The prices were reasonable and the main courses are really big. I would definitely recommend either before or after a show. We were at the Palace Theatre. It was only a 5 minute walk away.

Food was awful. We were a group of 6, poor quality steaks, pate with white sliced bread as that’s all they had, overpriced frozen pizzas to name a few of the issues. Embarrassing really, not what any of us would call a brasserie experience. Very poor and overpriced for what it was.

I was very disappointed with the service, it took a very long time to be greeted at the table and the food was average. I’ll definitely never return

Very disappointing. Missing items from the menu, little/no ice for drinks and for the most of our meal time we were the only people in the restaurant- there was a reason for that!

Food was ok, but there were sp many things unavailable, especially for a Saturday and it was early. There was no ice, and lots of food unavailable

Central and convenient location in Manchester. The menu was reasonable, but not particularly exciting. The serving of steak and chips was enormous. My fish with pea risotto was a bit stodgy, but the chicken dish was good. The waitress was very pleasant and gave us information about what was not available well before we ordered. The prices were reasonable, and the dining area pleasant. We ate very early in the evening, so the restaurant was quiet.

Frozen Chicago Town pizza served for 17 quid. Was told had a food allowance and checked and vairified by receptionist on arrival to then be told after meal that that was an error. Expensive for warmed up frozen meals. Waiting on staff were lovely.

Great for what I needed - a catch up meal with family after my long journey from Australia. The wine was great and there was something substantial for everyone on the menu (tasty vegan options for me!). Service is attentive and thoughtful.
