                                                          Another wonderful dining experience at 2941! Food was absolutely wonderful. We were a group of 4 and had the Waygu duo, the squab, the goat cheese and beet ravioli I and the lamb duo. All were perfect! Service was impeccable and our server extremely knowledgeable. Sommelier excellent and extremely varied wine list. Will return again and again! Highly Recommend

                                                          Our experience at 2941 was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive and professional. The atmosphere and sound levels were lively, but not overbearing and obnoxious. You could have a conversation with someone sitting across from you without testing your lip reading skills, while still aware you are in a restaurant with a pulse. Our server, Alison, should be considered the gold-standard for the restaurant industry. Where other restaurants would hand you a plate akin to a farmer plopping down slop in a troft, then having your server orbit back to your table some time around 20 or 30 mins later to ask "how is everything?", Alison immediately followed up to explain each course and how items were prepared. I had ordered off the Chef's Tasting Menu, where Alison came by at the start of each of the five courses to explain what I was about to enjoy. My wife ordered off the A La Cart menu, where Alison also did the same for her. When you have a serving staff that take pride in their work, it shows and it makes the entire experience enjoyable. We celebrated my wife's birthday at 2941, they had printed her name at the top of our menus with a Happy Birthday message. That small gesture made my wife tear up and left me speechless. The food, as you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber, was exceptional. What you received from the kitchen was more like "art that you can eat." However, make no mistake, this isn't your local burger shack. Prices will reflect the quality you will receive. But if you know what you are about to get into, rest assured, you will not be disappointed. Will 2941 be my regular eatery? Absolutely not. My wallet would not be able to handle it. But if I need a place to bring out-of-town guests or enjoy an evening with my wife at a restaurant where perfection is the main ingredient, 2941 is it.

                                                          Chef Bertrand Chemel has just introduced his Tasting Menu, Prix Fixe and a la carte options for the month of March. Don't miss the fabulous West Coast Halibut - on a bed of shiitake mushrooms and a velvety bearnaise sauce enhanced with mushroom broth. The Chilean Sea Bass with a mild curry sauce and the Poached Lobster with linguine and lobster sauce were also terrific. The "Cookies and Cream" chocolate mousse dessert has been on the menu since the January Restaurant Week - a testament to its popularity. We experienced yet another superb and memorable multi-course meal at 2941.
