First time there! The atmosphere is relaxing and the drinks were good which was recommended by the waiter. We weren’t to hungry so we ordered a pizza to share it was made pretty quickly which made me question how the quality would be and I Was not really impressed by it at all the taste was bland , not warm and the sauce which is the key to every pizza was super watery, I have been to other Italian restaurants and never had a pizza with sauce that watery, the dessert we ordered was tiramisu with their “twist” to it, (which consisted of chocolate tart + scoop of ice cream on top) was not really impressed by it at all ; some desserts should be left to be traditional as they are meant to be. Overall a very sub par experience for our first time there will probably not be going back!

Worst Italian food. The pizza are ok, the main plates are terrible. The restaurant is beautiful inside. If you are planning to go only order pizza, however you can find better pizzas in other places. The didn’t have half of the menu and my experience with the pasta and the veal was very poor, ending with stomach ache at 3am. Also the cocktails extremely sweet. I have to highlight that the server was great, he was embarrassed for the situation. He did everything he could to make things better. Also the restaurant is beautiful.

Our waiter was absent quite a bit. The male host never approached our table to check to see if we were enjoying the meal. Restaurant was noisy by 6:30. Would not go back.

We had a great experience at 400 Gradi. Our food was delicious and fairly priced, the ambiance was perfect, and the menu had a great selection. Would go again!

Somehow this place has an ambience that is welcoming to dates, families with kids, AND people wanting to watch sports. Delicious food and wonderfully kind staff. We'll be back quite a bit!
