Food is creatively outstanding, including desserts, and the cocktails are all upgrades to the classics plus new creations. Impeccable friendly service.

The food quality did not warrant the price. The braised beef and the accompanying fare had been over-cooked to the point of being completely mush. The crab meat croquettes were good but the "sauce" that came with them was simply plain mayonnaise. The salmon dip wasn't any better. The ambiance was great and all of the staff were very polite and professional. Overall though I would recommend you skip on this restaurant and go to Red7 instead.

An excellent opportunity to appreciate 8-11 at its best. Great service finely flavoured foods and a nice selection of wine by the glass made for a perfect Saturday brunch.

Great service, great drinks, the Carajillo is a must try. Steak tar tar app is outstanding along with the crab croquettes. Sienna and Mackinze are fun servers with great recommendations. Always enjoy our dinner here. Will visit again.

I had the Ribeye (medium-rare) - it was outstanding. Cooked perfectly, tender, and tasty. I had mashed potatoes substituted for the normal potatoes - these were outstanding. My wife and I split a bread pudding for dessert, which was a nice finish to a great meal. Overall, a great meal.

Our meal, including the Thanksgiving Feature was delicious. We capped off the experience by walking through the Great Hall to admire this year’s Christmas tree and other decor. It was a special way to celebrate the day.

Loved the brunch: creative cocktails, ham and Havarti omelet with fingering potatoes and sourdough toast, croque madame. The waiter was terrific. Elegant decor. We have dined at 8Eleven several times, in the bar as well as the restaurant and it is always a pleasure.

Burrata and Cesar salad was below average. Not good acoustic making it very noisy and hard to have a conversation.
