   The food, service, and atmosphere at Aama were excellent! We were served by the owner who gave us information about the Alberta grown yak, and everything we tried (dumplings as appetizers, platter for two/yak steak/pork chop and desserts) was amazing. My parents, including my mother who is not an adventurous eater, were very impressed. We would absolutely drive out of our way to go to this restaurant again, we don't live in Cochrane but will be making it a future stop.

   This was my second time and it was amazing once again. Brought some family for the first time. Enjoyed some repeat dishes and tried some new items as well. Can’t wait to return.

   It was a very very nice experience. Food is amazing. Husband and wife duo are awesome, they make sure you feel welcomed. They personally help you choose from the menu. Starters, main course, and desserts all are delicious. Will surely visit again and again. Thank you.

   When I asked my friend where she would like to go for a Mother’s Day lunch she didn’t hesitate before saying Aama. Since Aama opened not quite 2 years ago it has become my favorite ethnic restaurant and I have been many times and have never been disappointed. This time we both had the cod which you have to try to experience quite likely the most delicious fish you have ever tried. But if you don’t like fish you have numerous alternatives to choose from: chicken, pork, shrimp, lamb, vegetarian, and even yak! Try the yak momos (dumplngs) for a unique and delicious appetizer. Or try the meal which gets you entered in an all-expense paid trip to climb to base camp on Mount Everest!
