   It was our first time dining at Absinthe, but it won’t be our last! The service was outstanding, the ambiance was lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious! Our table ordered the beef Wellington, the salmon and the steak frites, the cheese fondue, and dessert was both chocolate mousse and crème brûlée. We all agreed that our meals were the best that we’d had in a long time! Everything was fresh, hot, nicely spiced, all made from scratch and you could tell in each bite that the chef cares about his clientele. We will definitely be back!

   My friend and I went for the 3 fondue dinner. We were both very pleased by the variety, portions and flavors. Great job!

   The food was excellent and the service efficient. I recommend this restaurant. On the other hand Open Table would not allow me to make a reservation for earlier than 12:30 PM, even though the restaurant opended at 11:00 and was alsmost empty. A nuisance.

   Delicious neighbourhood spot serving classic French plates for 2 decades. Great wine list.

   Everything was great, food was outstanding, great service, very professional service…just could have used so more ambiance being it was Valentine’s Day, I understand space is limited and table space with fondue is a challenge but a candle and maybe some flowers would have been a nice touch, all in all it was excellent and will definitely be back.    Fantastic experience, taking dear friends out for dinner in our lovely capital! The 4 of us LOVED our meals. Best steak ever! Bonnie our server was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable ... Thank you for a wonderful meal/evening. We will be back! Cheers, Liz

    We went to Absinthe for my spouse's birthday - it was fantastic! They had my spouse's 2 favourite meals - gnocchi and beef stroganoff - both were sensational. The service was excellent We will be back!
