This Christmas, ADRIFT Mare, located on the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell, invites guests to enjoy a festive Mediterranean-inspired feast by Michelin-starred "Gypsy Chef" David Myers. Priced at $75 per person, guests can savor entrées such as Porchetta, roasted with garlic and chestnuts, served with hummus and mixed greens, or Dover Sole, paired with white clams and smoked pil pil sauce, while taking in breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay. Share signature sides like Crispy Potatoes, Grilled Broccolini and Saffron Rice to complete the meal. For dessert, choose between a decadent Chocolate Tart with raspberry cream, or the Mare Baklava with pistachio sponge and walnut ice cream. Christmas dinner is available from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

There’s no better view to catch the NYE nightscape than at ADRIFT Mare. Celebrating the new year with two special dinner packages at 8 p.m. on December 31 where diners can stay until midnight to welcome 2025. The Standard Package ($150 per person) includes a welcome glass of CHANDON Brut Sparkling Wine and a multicourse Mediterranean menu featuring standout bites like Steak & Caviar, Octopus Carpaccio, Half Roasted Lobster and Mare Baklava. Those looking for a more luxurious evening can upgrade to the Seafood Platter Package ($195 per person) for a delectable selection of seafood dishes in addition to inclusions from the Standard Package, including half lobster, king prawn, shrimps, oysters, razor clams and king crab.

This is one of my new favorite spots. A new hotel built in 2023 that is subdued luxury. The staff is amazing and friendly from the 3 amigos behind the bar to the hostess to servers and managers, the service was top notch. Went for Thanksgiving dinner and the food was impeccable. Branzino was delicious. They also have a great happy hour from 5-8 and the view outside is amazing. Not as busy as most other Brickell places. Will be coming back again

Excellent experience, in both the food as well as the ambiance and service. The server was attentive and the manager Philip was a delight. I highly recommend the prime rib is was delicious! And for the yellow fin tuna starter is a must!

We were excited to try a Michelin star restaurant while visiting Miami. We dined at 8:00 on a Saturday night and there were 2 other couples in the restaurant. Our server was gracious and very attentive but the food was not what we were expecting. Ordered the calamari for appetizer and it was good but small portion for $27.00. The burger was just OK nothing special and the crispy eggplant was not edible. It was so burnt that after one bite I had to send it back. I wish that I would have taken a picture because I couldn’t find one online to see if it was just a one off. Then the drinks, I had a vodka martini and it came in a glass that resembled a tulip bud. The tiniest martini I have ever seen at $22.00/pop! Needless to say our bill was super expensive and they add 20% gratuity automatically for the 2 of us. We probably would have tipped our waiter more since he was so nice and none of our issues were his fault but to already add it to the bill was a tacky gesture on this restaurant. There is a reason so few diners on a busy Saturday night in Miami.

Patsy – It sounds like your dining experience was a bit of a disappointment. Our goal is to have all our guests try new and exciting foods and leave with a smile on their face. I am very happy to hear that the service was attentive and gracious! The Charcoal-Activated beer batter that we dip our eggplant in is a unique color, and I am sorry to hear that the flavor profile was not to your liking. I hope that you and your table did not feel singled out by the tip inclusion; it is automatically added to the check for your convenience but is absolutely optional. If you are ever back in Miami, we would love to have you back to recalibrate your experience of our Michelin starred chef's restaurant!

Food was excellent. They kept bringing us bottles of water without is asking . So make sure to stop them before they open them because it would be added to bill. It’s rather cold so dress accordingly. Food came out in a good time.

If you eat here, you HAVE to eat out on the balcony. The views are out of this world, and the food is delicious! Our waitress was amazing as well, very fun to talk to and also willing to make accommodations for us. If you're staying at the hotel definitely stop here for the evening, at the very least, to eat and watch the sun set.
