   A perfect day thanks to the Phoenician experience. The staff made us all feel so welcome and like the rock stars we think we are. Thank you for the service and the amazing food! Just enough for afternoon tea with my gorgeous girls. The Phoenician makes the time so memorable.

   Excellent experience as always. Wanda, who has been our server for many years, was wonderful. My daughter and I having been going there for afternoon tea for her birthday for 20 years. I would highly recommend going if you have the opportunity to do so.

   A total great experience! Wanda and Raul are delightful, their service was impeccable! We always enjoy Lisa at the piano and her amazing music!

   I had an AMAZING time. I went alone and wasn’t sure how that would be but I ended up getting a gorgeous window seat by myself and off to the side. Had good people watching and view of the piano and palm trees. My waitress was I want to say named Wanda or Paula maybe?? There were only two on the floor and she was so sweet. It is worth the cost and I went right at the start so I could chill for a while. Afterwards I wanted to take a photo but I was alone. Kelsey who worked at the bar took my pictures and was so friendly!!!Thank you to the Phoenician Team!!!

   Delightful! This is an annual treat for my girlfriend group. From the finger sandwiches to detailed team service, we look forward to this every year. Wanda’s always incredibly welcoming and sets the tone for our celebrations. Keep shining, y’all!

   Lovely experience. Pianist was a lovely touch. Service was superior. Too much food actually - would have probably preferred to have more than one tea each - but the actual event was wonderful and I would highly recommend.

   Wanda was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, she created an atmosphere that felt welcoming and warm, making everyone feel right at home. The little ones were especially thrilled by her thoughtful gestures; she took the time to give each child a small, delightful toy to take home, which truly made them feel special and cherished. Every aspect of our experience was flawless, from the cozy ambiance to the attention to detail in the service. While the prices were on the higher side, the quality and overall experience were undoubtedly worth every penny.

    We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience in a beautiful atmosphere - fresh flowers, views of resort, peaceful live piano. We made reservations a few days in advance and were seated immediately upon arrival. We had the "full tea" which for each person included a pot of tea and 3 courses of food: tea sandwiches, scones, and sweets. All items were carefully crafted in both taste and presentation. My favorite items were the lobster salad sandwich and the buttermilk scone with Devonshire cream. The sweets were too rich and sweet in my opinion, but still beautifully made. Our servers were friendly, welcoming, and attentive - they even offered seconds for the sandwiches. For the birthday we were celebrating, we were given an extra dessert and the pianist and servers made sure to sing "happy birthday" too! Overall, this was a delightful experience! The only drawbacks are that the price is expensive (in comparison to other high tea restaurants), and the portions are small.
