Ceviche was very acidic with too large pieces of fish. Snapper entree was good but really nothing special, just sitting on a bed of chopped tomatoes and onions. Eggplant parmigiana was supposed to be a modern take on the dish, but it was not good – it was a few breaded spears of eggplant with tomato sauce and a few tiny white stripes of what I’m not sure; I saw no cheese in the dish, which is one of its main components. Service was pleasant. I thought the food was good but not great.

Food was great, but it was very loud and difficult to carryon a conversation. Service was ok, just a tad slow to take our order.

The food and service at Agua is always topnotch. The seafood is extremely fresh and the presentation is beautiful.

We had a lovely evening on Friday and the servers were friendly but as the restaurant was full the service was a little slow - so was to be expected. The food and wine was lovely and I always love the decor and ambience at Agua - so thank you for a wonderful evening! See you soon.

The food was amazing & initially the service was. As the evening progressed, our waiter became less attentive, other people brought out food, & we had to find him to get our check.

The bartender was wonderful - excellent drinks. Do not recommend the osso bucco - perhaps it’s the presentation but the meat was mostly gristle, chopped into small pieces under the risotto. Fish was great, they should combine the chocolate roche with the coconut sorbet - both are tasty by themselves or together.

A meal at Agua never disappoints, especially when there is a cool breeze and you can eat amongst the trees.

The Classico Ceviche and Ahi Tuna were absolutely delicious . Homemade pasta dishes are excellent but portions are small. 12oz steak dinner was prepared perfectly. The potatoes that came with it were very tasty!
