Join us at Aiāna on March 20 for an extraordinary Stratus Winemaker’s Dinner, a celebration of fine dining and exceptional wine. This exclusive evening features a meticulously crafted six-course menu by Chef Raghav, thoughtfully paired with the remarkable wines of Stratus Winery. For the first time in Ottawa, the Stratus White Label series will be showcased, representing the pinnacle of time, terroir, and intensity. This distinctive collection is the culmination of twenty years of estate farming, the influence of unique climatic conditions, and nearly fifty years of combined winemaking expertise. These wines embody Stratus’ commitment to precision viticulture and sustainability, guided by Winemaker Dean Stoyka. Guests are welcome to arrive between 5:45 and 6:15 PM to mix, mingle, and enjoy a pre-dinner drink before service begins promptly at 6:30 PM. Due to the specially curated nature of this menu, we are unable to accommodate allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences. Reservations are final, non-cancellable, and cannot be rescheduled.
