We have two seatings for our Omakase experience. First service starts at 5:30 pm and the second starts at 8:00 pm.

Discover Aji Mori House, an intimate hidden gem nestled in the heart of Woodland Hills. Named for the Japanese words for “flavor” (aji) and “forest” (mori), our restaurant celebrates abundance, nature, and culinary artistry.

Chef Jae Jung and owner Ogi Jiimen invite you to indulge in an elevated Japanese dining experience that blends tradition with innovation. Aji Mori House offers an unforgettable culinary escape for those seeking an authentic, thoughtfully curated dining experience.

Reservation Policy:
Due to our small and intimate setting, reservations are highly recommended. Omakase reservations require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes; parties of 6 or more require 96 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

This is our third time going back and we’ve been amazed each time. The owner, staff and chefs are welcoming from the beginning to the end. Chef Jae is very knowledgeable about Japanese cuisine as well as culinary art and able to blend flavors, textures, and experiences and ways we’ve never had with other Omakase. I highly recommend this as a date night or get together with friends. They will even help you pair sake with the menu for the night. we will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

We saw this restaurant pop up in Open Table as a date night/experience suggestion and we were excited to try a new Omakase location in LA, especially in the valley. We absolutely LOVED the meal. We tried several fish we hadn't eaten before, and preparations of unagi and tilefish that were new to us. Everything is really thoughtfully designed, the chef prepared everything right in front of us and kept us all entertained, and the wait staff was incredibly kind and attentive. This place is really something special - can't wait to come back in the future! Favorites: the tilefish, fried unagi, chawanmushi, wagyu sushi bite, the quail egg/uni bite, and the dessert! (So basically half the menu for the evening)
