Time of operation will be announced via social media. - From 19:00 on the 25th of each month, we will start taking reservations for the following month via IN-LINE (i.e. reservations for any date of March can be made starting on the 25th of February). - No requests for reservations made via telephone/ email/ Facebook/Instagram messages will be entertained. - Inquiries regarding reservations for six or more or booking the whole venue may be conducted via telephone or direct message. - If there are any queries, please telephone Wednesdays through Sundays between 18:00-24:00, or message us via social media (Facebook or Instagram). Price Options - Seasonal omasake menu: 7-piece set for NT2,500 + 10% service charge per person. Mood Pairing (drink pairing options): - With 2 cocktails and 3 tea drinks: NT1,300+ 10% service charge - With 2 cocktails: NT700+ 10% service charge - With 3 tea drinks: NT700+ 10% service charge - With one 25ml glass of whisky: NT300+ 10% service charge Any other drinks ordered will be charged accordingly.
Notes on Reservation - To ensure your rights as well as ours, a deposit of NT2,500 + 10% per person minimum fee is required, paid no later than three days after the reservation has been made (i.e. deposit for a reservation made on Sunday must be paid before 24:00 on Tuesday). If the deposit has not been paid within that time, the reservation will be cancelled automatically. Once the deposit has been paid and confirmed, the reservation will be kept. We will send a text message reminder the day before the date of the reservation. - Due to the nature of the menu, no alterations can be made to any food item for any reason. No vegetarian or vegan menu is available. - Please be aware when making the reservation that some desserts may contain alcohol. We do not take any guests under 18 years of age. - As all food items need to be prepared ahead of time, the number of people for which the reservation is made cannot be changed on the day of. Should there be a change in the number of people in the party, please notify us beforehand. - The seats at the venue are bar seats. We reserve the right to arrange seating. No requests for specific seats will be entertained. - To ensure quality of experience, all in the party must arrive in order to be seated. Dining time is 1.5 hours. To ensure smoothness of service, please arrive on time. Tardiness of more than 15 minutes will result in the reservation being automatically cancelled.
Cancellation and Refund Policies - Cancellation must be made no later than seven days before the reservation date (not including the day of) for a full refund. - If cancellation is made four to six days before the reservation date (not including the day of)¸ we will retain 60% of the deposit (not including the 10% service charge). If cancellation is made within three days, or in the case of a no-show, there will be no refund (not including the 10% service charge).
