The dinner itself was fine. I asked for three different wines, the first two were not available, third one was. The service was hit and miss, empty entree plates must have sat there for a good 15 to 20 minutes. The restaurant was not busy. The rest of the dinner flowed well. In summary it was ok. Don’t think I’ll be rushing back there.

An excellent, upmarket in-house restaurant. The food was amazing, and staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, adding to a fantastic overall dining experience.

The cream that was served with the scones was terrible !!! I don’t understand why we didn’t just get fresh cream it honestly tasted like it had Parmesan cheese in it, the texture was so wrong and did not suit the simplicity of a lovely traditional scone. Also a suggestion when serving tea it would be nicer to serve tea with loose leaf tea leaves instead of tea bags. Overall it was a lovely afternoon

No people, no ambiance, no service. Food and drinks served then didn’t see a server at all! Had to go over to the bar to make our coffee and tea order. Food was very average for the price tag. Disappointing.

Nothing special with the food, the hot items were all cold, the omelettes tasted the same as it does if you make them at home. Not many optionsOverall taste was just ok. Not worth the money, would rather go to crown

Poor service. Waited 40min to get served and only 6 people in resteraunt. Cold steak and chips and the paprika fries were just plain fries no paprika. Could not understand the waiter very broken English. Serving others that turned up later than me. Very disappointed to say the least.
