Absolute perfection. We really enjoyed the Globes, games, s'mores, and music. Such a cozy and perfect family outing. Worth every single penny.

I went for the teddy bear tea with my kid. The restaurant is beautiful and we were seated on a comfy couch right next to the fireplace. The food was stale, like it was made the day before. Service was fine, our waiter did not really provide details on what to expect with our tea service.

The host was quite unpleasant and not accommodating when we asked to switch tables due to the seating arrangement. I explained why we wanted to sit at a table with better chairs for back support due to a lower back issue. When we asked about the teddy bear lollipops the host again was dismissive and just said to us “oh we don’t have any left they are all gone” . And could’ve cared less about it . The teddy bear stuffed animal my daughter received was a nice touch and appreciated . Also the hotel parking garage is a nightmare to get in and out of

We booked an igloo at 8 which was $75 a person. We got there an hour early and the hostess sat 2 groups before us so we didn’t get sat until 5-7 minutes after 8. Then, the board games were all missing parts, the Polaroid camera didn’t work, we got one s'more each, and the drinks were just okay. We ended up ordering food as well. We got the charcuterie board which had six cubes of cheese and a few slices of meat. The sliders were great but were very thin patties. Overall the experience was no where near the amount we paid. In total we spent around $370 for a table, 4 drinks, and 2 appetizers. Atmosphere was in no way worth it and the treatment from the hostess was terrible. The wait staff was great though.

Everything was excellent except tea was not available! Kind of surprising since it was a tea service reservation.

This review is specific to the breakfast with Santa, as I have been dined here many times and it was wonderful. The breakfast with Santa was not as advertised. It was supposed to come with photo and a frame- but nothing. Unfortunately, even the food was like a bad hotel buffet. not worth the cost .

We were seated in the lounge area (I guess tables weren't available). My kids had a hard time eating at a coffee table. The food wasn't really worth the money. Santa was fine but not particularly engaging with our kids. Not something I would spend money on again.

The igloos at Alma were so thoughtfully curated and seasonally fun! The smores lot that you got really made the experience! Our server Jackson was also so kind and helpful. We had a wonderful evening!
