Our dining room will offer a multi-course tasting menu including luxurious menu additions and special courses from our chefs. Tickets are priced at $375 per guest, with the option to add wine pairings for an additional $200 per guest. All reservations will require prepayment in full including a 20% service charge. All prepaid reservations for December 30th & 31st are final and non-refundable. **Please note we are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions or substitutions for our New Year’s Eve menus.**

Alo’s private dining room is located on the 2nd floor at 163 Spadina Avenue and can accommodate a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 14 guests. The 6 course tasting menu will include luxurious menu items and special courses from our Chefs. The evening begins with a canape reception and a glass of sparkling wine for each guest, followed by a seated tasting menu. The pricing for this experience is $375 per guest exclusive of beverages and a 20% service charge. Reservations are pre-paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. *Please note we are unable to accommodate any modifications/substitutions to our New Year's Eve Menu.*

    Have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing a variety of flavors, colors, and textures. Surprisingly, the dishes incorporated a lot of Asian flavors paired with French techniques. Most of the dishes were excellent and unique, though there were a couple of misses. The service was good, with attentive staff. The ambiance was decent and comfortable, not suffocating or uncomfortable at all. Overall, I enjoyed my time and dinner here.

    The whole experience was almost perfect, food was very good, service great, courteous and professional. Only at the end we had to pick up our own coats.

    All did not disappoint. From start to finish this is a dining EXPERIENCE. Plan to appreciate it as such. It's not in the regular dining budget for me but for a special event that is planned, I would do it again. Take your time, this is not to be rushed.

    It was perfect - they could do a bit of work on the entrance when you first walk in...it looks a bit dingy, industrial with an old looking elevator going up but as the doors open you are pleasantly surprised. They didn't have room at the bar and seated us against the window - which was OK too. Once we got to the main dining table, it was so nice! A very quaint comfortable and cozy environment. It was our engagement anniversary and there was a personalized note left for us at the table congratulating us, it was such a sweet gesture <3 Each food item was like a party in my mouth! With amazing fresh rich taste of all different types of flavours! We loved everything we ate. It was so beautifully presented as well, there was some items you just wanted to look at not and eat! The service was beautiful, it just flowed so smoothly, with each server explaining properly what was in each course. I think we had like 11 courses....they just kept coming! We loved every moment of it. This restaurant truly deserves a 2 Michelin rating. Looking forward to coming back :)

    Excellent dining experience at Alo. I went with my parents to check out their tasting menu and we all enjoyed it. Implementing Asian flavours into French dishes was very innovative and brought surprises.

    We came here to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday. We were really looking forward to it, and they did not dissapoint. The food was absolutely incredible. Each course was better than the last. Michael, who looked after us for the night, was so kind and thoughful. We were so lucky to have him take such great care of us. At the end of the meal, they brought out a special additional cake to celebrate my sisters bday. It was the perfect end to a lovely meal. I highly recommend it for special occasion dinner, you will not be dissappointed.

    Truly a must experience. Each dish was a masterpiece on its own, and combined together the dinner was an epic experience of explosive flavours. The attention to each detail of the service was extraordinary. The dinner did take nearly 4 hours, perhaps longer than usual (as I think they were running a tad behind on the night we were there). But given how exemplary the food and service was, we were happy to go with the flow and enjoy the night. Colin
