Our brunch at Amaya was a wonderful experience. The timing of the serving of the courses and the size of the courses led to a dining experience that was comfortable and neither rushed nor too slow. My mother-in-law ordered the charcuterie which provided all three of us with enough of a sampling of everything and still had half left over. The selection of fine meats, cheeses and pickled vegetables were delicious. I had the escarole, ham and hen egg which would really have been sufficient for a meal. My wife had the chip pudding which was delicious and substantial. For course 2, I had the crab and avocado Benedict, which was done perfectly and was tasty as you would like it. My wife had the beef hash which wasn't impressive.For course 3, we each had a different dessert, which all were delicious. Thectables were far enough away from each other that we felt like we had our our own dining area without any interference or encroachment. The staff were friendly enough, but left us to enjoy each other's company without interference. The building is beautiful and elegant. Feels like a high end experience all around.

Menu at Amaya was not the same as menu on Open Table, need to update, a bit misleading when you are expecting certain items and then not there.

Terrific food and really outstanding service (we were staying on property for a week and experienced Amaya for breakfast and two dinners). Breakfast on the patio area was great. The main indoor dining room is ok in terms of ambience but in the scheme of this great hotel rather bland (but same great food and service). We much preferred dinner in the adjoining bar area which was much livelier and a more interesting space.

If you are looking for an all around luxury experience for a special event, do not hesitate to experience the three course brunch at Amaya. Portions are generous, while high quality and fresh ingredients create each dish. Save room for the extraordinary dessert!

way over priced! Luke warm fish served with a "its supposed to be that way" response when communicated to server. absolutely way over priced at 400$ for two people
