This my numerous time going and I just love the experience. From the bar staff, which are always busy because their drinks are awesome to the restaurant staff, it’s always like eating with friends. The chef is very capable and strives to challenge your taste buds. Love this restaurant and highly recommend

Everything we ordered was wonderful. The must have lobster shooters and lamb were delicious as usual. The whole staff knew it was my daughter’s 22nd birthday and made a point of wishing her a happy birthday. On top of that, our attentive server Paul was calling my mother fun grandma by the end of the meal which she loved! Above and beyond all around.

fabulous food variety - we started with the lobster shooters and ended with the brazilian plate and lamb lolipops. every item was exceptional. good service. a lovely experience

Love the lay out of the dining room in that you have space between the tables and you don’t feel on top of each other and definitely not hearing other table conversations. Truly unique and fun sharing menu. Went with friends and had a variety of bites and starters before we were full and didn’t make it to entrees, which also looked amazing. Fun way to spend a special night out with friends.

We were visiting our son from Northern CA and found Ambli DTC searching for a restaurant. We walked in on Monday night with Doug as our server in the main room. Food, cocktail program and service was world class. We liked it so much we went back Wed night with Connor in the bar and again our experience was awesome. Will be back every visit to Denver from now on.
