   3/12/2025 Restaurant Week; My husband and I had one the most pleasurable dinners. The menu was very entertaining with varied "bites". The food was scrumptious and the drinks were delightful. Not a bad bite between the 7 courses we had that night.

   This was our first time at Ambli and it was outstanding! The depth of flavors, the great sauces, the elegant dining room, and the creativity of the dishes were all excellent! Seating is spaced out too, which is great for private conversation and it not being too loud. We'll be back!

   Holy smokes, what an incredible dinner! We opted for Ambli as one of our choices for Denver Restaurant Week and so happy we did! The service was outstanding, the friendliness of the staff from our waiter to the table assistants to the greeters.. it truly sets them apart. The food, on the other hand, was out of this world exceptional. They paid special attention to my food allergy and made sure to take extra care and attention to ensure I was safe. The explosion of flavors, textures and visual effects of our meal really set the stage for an outstanding dinner. The whole idea of Restaurant Week is for you to be able to try new restaurants and boy did Ambli deliver on an entirely new level. We will absolutely return and enjoy more of the international cuisine on another occasion. Highly, highly, highly recommend you do the same!

   Exceptional food, relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere, responsive and knowledgeable staff, and has become one of my favorite places in Denver to go!

   Doug and the Ambli team were so patient with us and so helpful. They offered great recommendations, and accommodations for luggage as we had just come from the airport. The food was incredible. The lamb pops, lobster shooters and the short rib were all out of this world. Highly recommend this spot for dinner with colleagues or happy hour any time.

    The food was AMAZING!!! I was surprised how large the portions were. Very clean and beautiful atmosphere, the service was wonderful as well! I wish I could remember the servers name, but he was a taller gentleman hair pulled back working lunch, he gave us great service!
