Excellent local restaurant by the water. We were given the private room for our group of 11 which was a lovely surprise. Gordon, who looked after us on the day was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. He also contacted us beforehand and they were very accommodating. The food was all really good though a guest mentioned the lamb was a bit dry. The sizes of the mains were all very generous and we were all so full we couldn’t fit any dessert in. But we still had to try a couple to share. The decor of the place is modern and casual though a bit of soundproofing would help with the noise levels.

My wife and I both ordered the chicken breast, which was very nice, but there wasn't a lot of food on the plate, with just two "small to average" pieces of chicken and pumpkin. My constructive feedback would be to add a couple of roasted potatoes to the meal, as what we were served for $40 wouldn't encourage me to return to the restaurant, plus two potatoes wouldn't cost the restaurant much money at all.

What a hidden gem Angelo’s is - beautiful food, handmade pastas, fresh everything and so tasty with waterviews so expansive and close you can literally walk out the front and into the bay. We had an event here years ago and am so glad we’ve come back … will become a part of our regular meals out!

To be honest, I am not fond of the management change in regarding the atmosphere. Acoustics is bad but was even worse was the music. TOO LOUD and was hard to hold a conversation with the person on people you were TRYING to have a conversations with throughout dinner. The choice of music was terrible with a constant base beat that did not make my dining experience pleasant. Plus, what was that music? On and off screeching. Music in restaurants should be BACKGROUND noise, not competing with the crowd noise. Terrible. I asked for the bill once we ordered out desert and I looked forward too getting out of the restaurant asap and not listening to that annoyance. Don't think I will be back,

An excellent place for a family Christmas lunch. We had a private room for 9 adults and 5 kids. Great Chef’s menu and kids well catered for. Beautiful river view and easy parking. Highly recommended.

My friend and I shared an entree, had a main plus side, shared desert plus mocktail and coffee. All were delicious. Best tiramisu I’ve had! Friendly service and lovely water views. Only negative was the restaurant was very hot. Was hoping for AC on a 38 degree day. Recommend it and will go back!
