The four of us who’ve lived in Denver for many many years, were so delighted to find this gem of a restaurant. We can’t wait to come back with our families.

Delicious meal. We ended up with 14 at our party and we were well cared for. Could benefit from having pictures of items on the menu to get a better understanding of foodsince this was our first time. Food portions huge!

Very nice meal until the lady came out of the kitchen screaming at the waitress. Also the owner (I assume) was sitting in the corner talking loud on his phone It could be so much better as the food was delicious.

I have been to Anise before. I was disappointed this time. The noodles were stuck together and did not seem fresh. The meal was more expensive than I remember. I

The food was just okay . It was more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants we've dined in and not worth the extra money . The lemongrass pork bun didn't have lemongrass flavor and the grilled pork platter was acceptable but nothing special. None in our party liked their "special " beef spring rolls and the tofu items were lacking. I would not return

Five friends and dinner together and we all enjoyed our food. Some rice crepes, curry dish, lemongrass rice noodle bowl and shared spring rolls. Everything was seasoned well and ample enough for leftovers. The service was friendly, prompt and we all felt that the staff or owners cared about our experience. It was not very busy at 6 on a Saturday night so it was very quiet and a great atmosphere for a dinner with good friends. We will be back

This was our first time eating at Anise - Modern Vietnamese Eatery and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and flavorful - especially the Lemongrass Beef Bun Bowl and the Chicken curry. (The Beef Bun Bowl really stood out.) We also had the shrimp spring rolls and they were very good as well. One of us has to eat Gluten Free and there were MANY options. We found the prices to be very reasonable and the staff pleasant and attentive.

We use Anise often as a meeting point before parties and dancing night out. We love the service, the food is outstanding and so fresh, and the owner gives a special attention as he loves meeting new people and providing amazing service.

I found the food at Anise to be super. Rolls combine freshness of herbs with the tang of excellent dipping sauces. We agreed that the Hanoi sausages were a standout. Extensive Vegan menu. And lots of good beers on tap! We’ll be back.
