   What an incredible experience my husband, and I had at this restaurant. The atmosphere is very pleasant, incredible service, but the best thing without a doubt is the food with its spectacular flavors. Everything was very delicious, the drinks, the starters and the main.

   Soooo loud. In a Tuesday night with only three parties in the whole Venue. The music was being pumped out as loud as a club.

   I had a reservation for 8 PM for my fiancée’s birthday, but we weren’t seated until 8:30 PM. We were given a table near the entrance, and as soon as we sat down, we saw another couple walk in and get seated immediately right next to us. To make matters worse, the server approached them first, even though we had been waiting longer, which was disappointing. However, he did come to us right after taking their order. That said, the food and entertainment were excellent. Parking near the restaurant was challenging, and I’m not sure if there was a host on the floor to address concerns.

   Great experience! The food was great, the drinks were terrific. The entertainment was amazing and you can still have a conversation.

    This is my 4th time at Artango and I’ve previously left great reviews and had wonderful experiences. Unfortunately this time my experience was not great. The food was delicious and no issues there at all. My review is based on the experience and service. I reserved a table for 4 for 10pm, after a comedy show not far from the area. I picked Artango because there were reservations at this late time and because based on online info, there would be live music until 10:30 and the restaurant would be open late. My group of 4 arrived a few minutes early and were seated promptly. The live music was still going on and we caught one song and then the musicians started packing up. It was not even 10:15 at the time. Our server was nice when we arrived and took our drink orders, but this attitude changed as the night went on. He also made it clear that he was in a hurry, seemed impatient, rushing us and reminding us the kitchen was closing at 10:20. He also rushed us to pay and was over our shoulder as we were paying and adding a tip, making us feel pressured and rushed. If reservations are available online, I expect to receive the same service that other guests get throughout the day. Otherwise, why have reservations available? I’m also disappointed that the live music stopped earlier than advertised. I highly recommend the food and drinks but this experience wasn’t the best and I will hesitate to visit next time I’m in the area.
