ASADO LIFE is a full-service, experience-driven waterfront restaurant. Nestled along the picturesque San Sebastián River, Asado Life offers a dining experience like no other. Whether you're enjoying a romantic dinner or a lively gathering with friends, the serene backdrop of the river enhances the ambiance of our restaurant. At Asado Life, we believe in the art of live fire grilling—a method that infuses every dish with unparalleled flavor and aroma. Our Asados are rain or shine occasions. We have covered dining areas in the event of rain. Please dress to your comfort level for outdoor dining.

START TIME: 6:30pm The Asador Club is our modern twist on a timeless tradition. All guests must be at least 21 years of age. Guests can mix & mingle throughout our spacious waterfront lounge area with fire pits while enjoying passed appetizers, fresh house made bread, salad, a variety grilled meats (beef, seafood, and pork or chicken) & veggies, and chef’s choice dessert. A private bar with our signature cocktails enhances the private club feel. The Asador Club offers guests the opportunity to chat with our chefs about the array of food prepared for the evening. Choose this experience if you like having a variety of options to choose from, and enjoy a more relaxed and interactive dining.

To maintain our live-fire cooking style and preserve the authenticity of the Asado experience, we offer our signature entrees for preordering. These meals are prepared hours in advance and cooked low and slow in order to achieve the smoky, rich, bold flavors that develop over a longer grilling time. We do not accept cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the scheduled Asado. Cancellations will be refunded less processing fees. Our Asados are rain or shine events. We have ample covered dining areas, and limited indoor seating. Please dress to your comfort level for outdoor dining.

They were out of many things on the menu. I cannot stand when a restaurant is out of items on the menu. I can understand running out of specials but not running out of staple menu items. Also during one of the busiest times of the year. I do not think I would come back- limited menu and nothing won me over. Trio was good.

At Asado Life, we prioritize serving the freshest, highest-quality food possible. As we approached a three-day closure for the New Year, some items naturally ran low to ensure we avoided unnecessary waste. While we understand this can be frustrating, it reflects our commitment to sustainability and providing guests with only the best. While we carefully gauge our prep to satisfy as many guests as possible, there are times when certain items run out, especially during high-demand periods. We hope to welcome you back for a better experience in the future.

Food was very good-excelent, service girl was very very poor (ask several times for refill, water, just 1 meat finish) Plus it was a 6 pax table (+$250 table) and couldnt get any complementary for a birthday celebration (the same day, reservated days before). Overall: over rated. Restaurant are not just food, the experience is the must important. We were 6 no body will go again even with the good food.

Our server Rose was excellent and very attentive. We enjoyed celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary at Asado Life and will recommend to others.

Excellent atmosphere and meals. Only minor criticism is that instead of frites with steak frites they use huge fried potato wedges. Guessing many guests prefer that, however I would prefer the classic frites. We highly recommend Asado.

Asado Life: A Must-Try in St. Augustine As someone who has traveled the world, I can confidently say Asado Life serves one of the most flavorful steaks I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked with a smoky, tender finish, the quality and flavor are simply outstanding. The warm atmosphere and attentive service make the experience even better. If you’re in St. Augustine, don’t miss this culinary gem! 5/5 Stars
