We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Ash. We read some reviews before going, which we were mixed. My husband and I live nearby (a few blocks away) but had not gone because of the reviews. My parents are in town visiting and they wanted to go so we agreed. The restaurant, food, and service exceeded our expectations. The service gets an A++++. Our server Genesis was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable about the food and the menu and made an excellent presentation of everything. The food dishes were small, even though they are for sharing. I left not feeling overly full but quite satisfied. Everything we ate was delicious. The atmosphere was very modern and I liked that it was tucked away. We would definitely go back. Thank you chef and service team for changing our minds about this restaurant. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Incredible tasting food and superb service. The ambiance and vibes were great too. The portions were a bit small and I think value is a little expensive for what it is. But I would go back, it’s very enjoyable. Definitely a good date spot too.

We went as a girls dinner out and were pleasantly surprised to be seated at the chef’s table. From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel we were the only ones in the room. Marvin was our server. He and Kyle, the chef, did a fantastic job making recommendations. I would highly recommend their Triple Fish dish and Casarecce pasta dish are a must try. Unique blends that magically work fantastic together.

The visual aesthetics, and the ambience of the restaurant were great and service was excellent. But the food was not to the level it should have been. It was small portions and the favor was lacking, given the prices of the meal. There’s nothing that makes me want to return nor recommend to friends.

I’m not sure where to begin with this disastrous dining experience, but let me make one thing clear: don’t believe the hype. This place is a masterclass in overpromising and underdelivering. They claim to serve “elevated cuisine,” but honestly, I’ve had better meals at chain restaurants. Let’s break it down: 1.The Rabbit They hyped their “signature rabbit dish” as their pièce de résistance. Imagine my surprise when it turned out to be nothing more than a piece of fried chicken pretending to be Nashville hot chicken. If you’re going to attempt a hot chicken dupe, at least do it right. It wasn’t even drizzled with the honey they explicitly advertised. The result? Dry, overcooked, and utterly uninspired. If this is their best dish, I dread to think what the rest of the menu is like. 2.The Focaccia Or should I say “foccaxio,” because whatever this was, it definitely wasn’t focaccia. Flat, lifeless, and flavorless—no fluffy interior, no crispy edges, no olive oil drizzle. Just sad, dense bread that tasted like it came straight from a supermarket bakery. False advertising at its peak. 3.The Dirty Martini Incident Ah, the dirty martini. Served in a glass so tiny it could’ve been mistaken for a shot glass. When I asked the waiter why it wasn’t in a proper martini glass, he casually informed me that they didn’t have any. That excuse might’ve worked had I not immediately noticed another guest sipping from an actual martini glass. When I pointed this out, he quickly pivoted, claiming, “Oh, hers is a different type of martini glass.” Sure, buddy. Whatever helps you sleep at night. 4.The Atmosphere As if the food and drinks weren’t disappointing enough, the service was lackluster at best. The staff seemed more invested in dodging questions than ensuring a pleasant experience. The entire evening felt like an overpriced joke. In summary: This restaurant serves mediocre food at best, all wrapped in a shiny facade

Family was in town and tried something new. Food was really good! They said the whole menu is sharing besides the entrees which could feed 2 people. The portions were not shareable and the entrees could not feed two especially the scallops. Service was a D especially since we were the only ones there. If I was invited to go I’ll go back and I would be happy because of the food but won’t bring people back on my own as my first 10 choices. But again food was tasty!
