Who would have thought that a venue called Austin Taco Project would be a perfect spot for a delicious breakfast. Avocado Toast was layers of luscious.

I was there for a Saturday happy hour. The margaritas Spencer made were awesome. I chose the chicken nachos & two tacos, the confit pork & carne asada. The carne asada was slightly overcooked, but both were loaded! The portions were definitely Texas style, lol. I'd definitely return!

The food was delicious. My wife, daughter and I weee very happy with the food, the service and the atmosphere. We will definitely go back again.

The food and drinks were good but they were very short staffed so we had to sit in very uncomfortable seats at the bar and service was slow. Weird cause was there for a conference. Otherwise, fine….

I held a small (6 person) business meeting in the early morning. The restaurant did a very nice job of accomodating my request for a quiet table however, this seemed to affect the service. After the initial coffee service and taking of our order, the waiter never returned to refill coffee and completely forgot the request by one guest for a small fruit cup. The breakfast buffet selected by most of the team, was robust and the food was good.

Wonderful place to dine. Food was outstanding and the service was great. Loved all of the salsa they make in house along with the fresh tortilla chips. Not a bad taco in the place. Also ate there for breakfast and it was delicious! Highly recommend.

Breakfast here was very good! We all did the buffet and were very pleased! The selection of food was excellent! A wide variety of cold and hot foods…even GF muffins and bread. It was busy…but not too crowded. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating…but had too many tables to be attentive to each one. Coffee was slow in coming and a couple of items we requested were not delivered! Overall, a great place for breakfast when staying at the Austin Hilton!

Stayed at the Hilton and went to Austin Taco Project three of the days for lunch. This place was excellent. Service was outstanding! I was obsessed with the poke tacos! They are a must get. There are three tacos with poke, sauce and seaweed salad. They are inside a crispy wonton shell. Each taco sits on top of a bed of delicious guacamole. We also had a basket of fries. They were thin, crispy and delicious!
