Azuki Sushi is in Banker’s Hill, centrally-located in the heart of San Diego. We are within walking distance of Balboa Park, The Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, and Hillcrest.

We have been providing a modern approach to the rich traditions of Japanese cooking for over 15 years. We pride ourselves in our charming and boutique setting. We offer a warm and inviting atmosphere for those wishing to indulge in our culinary delights.

Azuki Sushi was so good. Absolutely loved our meal, drinks, service, everything was top notch. The weirdest commentary for feedback is that Azuki should use a higher quality napkin for diners. Didn’t detract from the experience other than the napkins could have been sturdier for the meal.

Been coming to azuki for a long time. This time service was not the best, and food quality was just ok. Not sure if it was an off night for them, but quality is not what it used to be

The food was amazing. The sashimi platter I had had really large cuts. All delicious. The prices were fair. Though it was crowded and loud for 8 pm on a Tuesday.

Hospitable and attentive staff, always asking if everything was to our liking, or if we needed anything. Wait Starr very familiar with menu, answered all questions. Food top notch, upscale, and special. A great place to bring someone who loves sushi, and wants to be impressed.

You can’t go wrong with Azuki. It’s definitely a place to celebrate and eat good food which is why I always go back :). The food and staff is outstanding.

The server was amazing and the sushi was incredible! I really loved what I got and the price/quality is greatly balanced. In addition they brought dessert for my birthday, it’s the little things you know! :)

My husband is a sushi snob so I spent hours searching for the best sushi in San Diego and everywhere I looked Azuki was mentioned as the place to go. We thought it was the best sushi we’ve ever had! Tip: get a reservation upstairs. The main level is small, so if it’s cold out there’s no way to get far enough from the door. We sat upstairs and it was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!
