The food was good, service was ok, the Christmas decor was amazing and the vibe was fun. Probably a one time experience for us, but we enjoyed it!

We had to leave b/c no one ever came to our table. We had to ask someone to wipe down our table b/c it never was. It took more than 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation time to get seated meanwhile there were many tables open. Again, no server or restaurant staff ever showed to our table, no one around to even tell, so we left 10 min after being seated.

This was a truly awful experience. We weren’t seated for our 1pm reservation until 1:40. We were sat at a table that wasn’t set. Water came eventually and was never refilled. Soda was served in plastic solo cups. A server never arrived, so a manager took our order. The food, which was on par with bowling alley birthday party food, was lukewarm or completely cold. The sliders looked and smelled like they had just come out of a microwave at Burger King, the Caesar salad was a plate of romaine with a deluge of dresssing and the bowl of French onion soup had the consistency of an onion gravy. We asked for the check three times, with the last request going to the manager who took our order. Patrons who were sat after us had their menus taken off their tables and out of their hands by the servers who declared they were no longer offering that menu. The management staff on the floor was clearly overwhelmed. This restaurant is struggling to find a balance between the Frosty’s Experience and non-Frosty’s patrons. I would not recommend theater patrons going here during the holidays.

We had a 12:30 reservation and was not seated until 1:30. We were finally seated and it was freezing at our table so we asked to be moved. Upon moving no one waited on us for about 15 min. We stopped another waiter, JC. He attended to us immediately and was very nice. The only thing we really liked was the Holiday Decorations. I was disappointed. Food was just Ok.

So beautifully decorated ! Winter wonderland ! Great for kids or special occasion ! Food was just ok ! Out of A lot of the beer and I had requested to leave off cheese on the omelette but it was left on ! But over all an amazing brunch !!

It is very entertaining to see. The food was terrible and cold. Sliders looked like they just came from the freezer.. not worth the $$

If you’re looking for a fun Christmassy place to visit, pop in but do not eat there! The food is so expensive and wasn’t anything to write home about. My husband’s burger was raw and we had to send it back. The service was soooooo terrible and slow. It took 30 minutes just to get 2 sodas and they were flat.
