We tried Baci because our usual Italian restaurant closed early due to weather. The food was good, but even with a reservation it seemed like a surprise when we got there. We waited 4 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we were seated. It was another 8 before someone came to take an order for cocktails. Apps arrived and we were almost through them before drinks arrived. The food was great but the person who was supposed to be “taking care of” us did not come to the table at all after delivering a glass of wine before our mains. She did not bring or remove a plate from the table or check in to see how things were going. This was not a great dining experience. We not be going back.

We had a great dinner celebrating our daughter’s Sweet 16. Food was excellent as well as our service. It was busy but our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Definitely will return.

Luana is a outstanding server, who treats customers like family. The food has greatly improved in the last year. Our go to restaurant in Hamilton.

We had a great experience. The food was delicious. Everything was awesome but the Baci Bruschetta was amazing! We ordered a second!

Outstanding, we always enjoy 😉 our apps (calamari, focchia, delicious) and mains pizza, 🍕, chicken 🐔 parmigiana and lobster 🦞 ravioli, all served hot and yummy!

Personal waiter was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. Although he was overwhelmed with tables, they should have another waitstaff on. Food was amazing gnocchi, short rib, pizza- all fantastic. Ambiance was lovely. I would definitely recommend this to others.

This was our 3rd New Years dinner at Baci's. Once again they provided a great meal. Plenty of choice on the appetiser and dessert bars. We ordered the Seafood Linguine (outstanding) and Scallops and Risotto. The scallops were cooked perfectly but the risotto was lacking in flavour. Great meal and exceptional service. See you next year.

We arrived for our reservation. We were seated next to the toilet exit, I asked to move and was told no even though there were other 2 top tables available. The restaurant was very dark and our table was so close to the next one there was not even an illusion of privacy. My date ordered the seafood pasta and I ordered the lamb, His seafood pasta was just ok not very hot and only had 2 shrimp and 1 scallop. He said the sauce was flat. My lamb dinner came out kinda luke warm and everything was piled on lamb grease, not ju as described. The potatoes were not cooked. Sent it back twice and still not cooked. Very hard trying to slice the lamb as my dinner only came with a dinner knife. Had to hunt my server down to get a steak knife. She was embarrassed my potatoes were still not cooked after the second time I returned the meal. The evening was such a disapointment. My server did refund my meal but we did notice the manager could not even bother to come over to our table. All in all a big disapointment. I would never send anyone here after our experience. No pride in the meal, service, atmosphere. Jan Booker
