   Service was slow. Waitress was very nice but there were 2 large parties next to us. The bus server was rude and simply ignored every request, refill water, get a straw, another glass because the one on the table was dirty. Ran into the manager on the way out, mentioned the issues but he seemed indifferent

   We were seated immediately. The food was done as requested. La Parrillada for 2 was excellent and well proportioned. The skirt steak juicy and tender. Dessert delicious Overall great

   Temperature of restaurant was uncomfortably cold making the food turn cold after 2 minutes on the table.

   Amazing food, price, environment, and service. I asked for a special dessert for our anniversary and they honored it. Only a few places ever honor my special request. This one does. Amazing!

   Food had no flavor… servers need training on customer service specially at a restaurant at that level or type of restaurant. No value to the experience that would entice to actually come back. From the moment we were seated to the moment we left the experience was not good and food being tasteless made it worse .. miami has better restaurants don’t waste your time with this one

   It’s a nice restaurant, good food . But service is terrible. Its missing a manager . Service very poor

   The food was tasteless. I’ll attribute it to the Valentine’s Day rush, but honestly wouldn’t return for the food. They did a great job upon arrival. Not a long wait time.
