The BANG menu is crafted to unite people, drawing influence from Asian flavours to redefine Thai street food. Seasonally driven with sustainable ingredients on show, the menu is a sophisticated fusion of culture and gastronomy, where traditional Thai recipes are transformed using produce sourced from Melbourne and Victoria.

Executive Chef, Justin Dingle-Garcyyia's extensive travels and culinary influences have brought him back to his native Melbourne, where he has infused his international expertise into the flavours, alongside championing sustainability and locality, forging close relationships of Victoria’s vast array of growers and producers.

Great food, amazing ‘feed me’ menu! Really nice ambience and would love to try the hotel too one day. Pity that the roof top is only opened for guests to the hotel but everything else was great!

Beautiful restaurant, gorgeous ambience. The food was interesting and delicious, but unfortunately the desserts let the menu down. Definitely worth visiting, especially on a special occasion or date night.

Our whole experience was delightful. The atmosphere, design, service and food were all excellent. It was also well priced and l am lookign forward to revisiting.

We had the feed me option, the food was of varying quality some dishes very good others a little flat or not hot enough. It was also way too much food. Great cocktails, service and ambience though.

Lovely space. Tables are, as usual, a bit tight for 2 people’s food and glasses and I think a bit close to others, but ok. Food was delicious but would recommend you ask how big plates are as we over ordered. Perhaps some guidance from the staff would overcome this. For instance, the small plate chicken skewer is easily big enough for 2 to share.
