   Cozy, warm, basic staple food but tasty and well prepared. The tagliata was a very pleasant surprise! Will def go again. Great selection of wine as well.

   We love this place! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful wine selection. Pizzas are great value for the price.

   Loved the wine and the food at Bar Birba. Staff had knowledgable recommendations on both the food and wine. We will be back.

   We went because we read a review on Condé Nast but were very disappointed with the food. most things tasted like they had been cooked earlier and then poorly reheated. Lots of over breaded food. The pizza was not even heated and the crust was stale. It is advertised as a wine and cocktail bar, but they dont have any had alcohol and only 3 red wines by the glass, none of which seemed impressive. I ended up getting a glass of the Lambrusco and it was so dry and flavorless that I did not drink it. The music was loud techno and it was only 5:45. And the waiter was so ho hum about any questions we asked it was like we were putting him out. We wanted it to be that cute neighborhood bar with good drinks and bar food. But that is not even close.

   Excellent menu, despite its size. Wine and cocktails are delicious. Knowledgeable and friendly service. Interior decor wasn’t updated either the new opening, but the lights are low after dark and it still feels nice.

    Cozy and fun, incredible wine list and food. Authentic Italian, felt like having an aperitivo back home. Recommended for groups, dates or a solo treat. Must try: Prosecco col fondo and arancini.
