Bar Dojo, literally meaning "place of the way" represents a Modern Asian Restaurant featuring a melting pot of Asian comfort foods with Northwest ingredients. As the first and only of its kind in Edmonds, Bar Dojo strives to be the neighborhood gem that the community has been longing for. We love Bar Dojo always. We love Chad. He always provides the best service. Luis, the head chef, can cook like nobodies business. His flavors are outstanding. If you have never been to Bar Dojo make reservations and enjoy the meal and service. Highly recommend.

Always a very good experience. Creative Latin/Asian fusion. Friendly and proactive service. We shared several small plates. A special Hamachi crude aquachile was delicious and the birria egg rolls were to die for. Will return often. Strip mall location is deceiving - this is high quality and creative food.

We love BAr Dojo! Their ahi poke tacos are incredilbe! So are the pork belly tacos!Their coctails are unique and very good. We went for Valentines' dayand their speical cocktail was so good! Lichee, pink gin, rose syrup and lemon! We also had a bourbon cocktial with orange liquour, can't remember it's name, that was super yum! Their almond cake with butter pecan ice cream was the perfect finish! This is our go to place for special occasions. It's not a large place and esy to miss, in a little strip of shops and 5 corners. You definitely need a reservation because it's a neighborhood gem!

The pork dumplings are just delicious! Everything we had from dinner, drinks and desserts couldn't have been better. If you order the spicy pork noodles, just know they are serious when they say spicy.

I am vegan and am so appreciative of restaurants that have thought out plant based options besides hummus and a beyond burger! My bowl was incredible and I cannot wait to go back and eat there again!!
