   The service was great! Food was a little too salty and my batter was falling off my fish.

   This was the worst experience we’ve had at Bar Louie in years. We walked in at 8pm for our reservation and were seated shortly. After being seated, we write ignored for almost 15 minutes — no drinks, no silverware, no server. The bright spot was the server Dior. I flagged her down and she went to find our server. She couldn’t figure out whose table we were supposed to be but was able to take our order. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

   It was…ok. It took 45 minutes to get our waters and glass of wine. In fact, we got our apps faster than we got our drinks. Full disclosure we went on Valentine’s Day and our server had 12 tables but waiting 45 minutes for drinks and then having to request silverware and our forgotten salad was a little crazy. The apps were good. We had the asparagus and artichoke flatbread and the Thai chili calamari. Both were good. And we both had steaks cooked medium. Steaks came out perfect. Natalie was the manager but she was also helping the servers. and she really made the night better with her professionalism and extra effort. All in all it was a decent night although the service was less than stellar I think we would give it another try and just go when it’s not a Valentines night.

   Service was a little slow, but I'll chalk that up to it being game night, other than that very good experience

   Good took over an hour to arrive. That would have been ok if we were warned. Maybe we would have ordered an appetizer, but not sure that would have come out quick either.
