Horrible service. Waiter barely checked on us. Never came to give us our check. We waited for almost an hour for him to come and he never did. We asked 2 different people for him to come and finally another waitress came who ended up messing up the checks and doubling charging us. After we pointed out the issue she didn’t even say sorry. She took one of our cards and disappeared and came back 10 mins later with zero explanation. She said she fixed the issue but I never got refunded the double charge. Very disappointed in this restaurant

Started off great with nice seating upstairs and friendly hostess. However, that ended up being the highlight of the evening. Server was hardly seen, and after ordering our food we did not see him the rest of the evening. Apps were pretty good, though was clear they were on the counter for a while as they were lukewarm, at best. Entrees weren’t any better. For nearly $200 for three people, I would expect the food to at least be hot and the wait staff attentive and kind, neither of which happened. I wouldn’t go back, but cool spot for pictures.

Pizzas were wonderful. Our Burrata appetizer was also very good. It was very busy as you expect this time of year. Service was a bit slow but that was ok with us. Not in a hurry to eat and run. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars. Our server was, however, very nice and our order was perfect. Loved that the managers came to the tables and were helping out. Great experience and as we do will return.

Food was great, especially for the price in West Loop. Bartender James was great and very attentive. Will be back for sure.

The chicken and potato dish was amazing. My friend had the halibut. She didn’t like it at all. She stated it had more breading than fish. She also stated that she ate it because she paid for it and was starving, but she would never order it again.
