It's difficult to say what is most appealing about the Barking Frog - the food, the wine, the atmosphere. All of the above earned this casual bistro featuring country fresh Northwest cuisine rave reviews. Honors have included "Restaurant of the Year", "Most Innovative Wine List" and "Wine Grand Award" awards, presented by the Washington Wine Commission. Delectable dishes entice guests to linger in the light-filled dining room or to gather around the fireplace. While in the summer, lunch and dinner are served in the courtyard.

Visit our sister restaurant, Fireside Lounge, take a more relaxed approach to you day with friends and fellow guests. Serving seasonal cocktails and casual bites. Daily happy hour from 3-5:30pm. Live music during the week.

    Ate there for both dinner and brunch the following day, the brunch because the dinner was so excellent - absolutely excellent food, with excellent staff, and an incredible wine selection. Highly recommend, particularly because of its proximity to some of Woodenville‘s best wineries!!

    fantastic service, loved our server and staff. we felt very comfortable and well looked after. every detail was first class. our food was amazing and the wine was outstanding and well recommended

    It was great food and recs. Only flaw was when I got home with my leftovers. They had mixed up and gave to my friend.

    We came to Barking Frog for my partners birthday and had an Amazing time! Amy was our server and she was So kind. Amy took the time to answer any questions we had, made great suggestions and was very attentive. The food was Fantastic! Between the ambiance of the venue, the service, and even the company from other tables around us it made for a wonderful and memorable birthday! We’ll definitely be back.

    Barking Frog isn’t just a great restaurant—it’s where my parents and mother-in-law met for the first time, and it couldn’t have been a better setting. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was quiet and inviting, and everything was clean and well-kept. A perfect place for a special occasion or just a great meal. Highly recommend!
