We had a beautiful meal here. We both had the sea bass with crab. There was plenty to eat and the service was excellent. The restaurant closed at 22:00 and wasn't very busy as it was Sunday night. Our taxi was booked quite late in the evening; it lovely that the two servers made us feel welcome to stay even though we were keeping them waiting. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again.

In Dartmouth for a few days break and our first visit to Batards Cove Inn - nothing at all to complain about it was perfect and the meals we had were the best we have had in a long time.

We booked the meal to celebrate my wife's birthday as we were staying over. The meal started with a complimentary glass of bubbles which was wonderful. The service from friendly staff was excellent. The food was good and the shrimp burger was different, delicious.

This is our go to place whilst in Dartmouth. The whole package is fantastic. Value marked down only due to current cost climate and no reflection on the restaurant. They use great local produce and you can tell thank you it is no surprise you always receive rewards

We had a delicious meal at Bayards Cove Hotel. Food was fresh and well cooked and the atmosphere in the restaurant was excellent even though it was Sunday evening. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was very special (Raleigh Room) with a nice view of the nearby coast. Everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely be back !
