Truly one of the best meals I’ve had in the US and the best I’ve had in Vegas!! Sea urchin cone was extraordinary. The salt crusted Lubina was the best I’ve had anywhere!! That includes Dani Garcia in Spain. This place is the ultimate hidden gem!!

Second time there. We choose different food than last time: fried fish (snapper) recommended by our server. It was excellent. Unique presentation: the flash of the fish taken off from the bones and fried in smaller pieces. We got good recommendation from the sommelier: cava but not cava (he explained that now some parts of Spain does not want to be associated with the word "cava", so they call theit sparkling wine differently. But it is still the good Spanish cava :)

We shared three starters croquettes, which were OK a salad which was sparse and bluefin tuna, which was memorable but minimal the main, three sizzling scallops, were very good. But nothing special in the preparation. With two glasses of wine, we paid about 175 including tip

What an amazing experience!!!! Every bite was made with awesome flavors !!! it was truly an adventure to eat there !!! I like the fixed menu they have which allowed me to taste bunch of new foods from the chef that I had not experienced before and I’m so glad that I did that . Highly recommend and I would definitely go back next time I’m in town.

Wonderful tasting menu and even better service. Joseph and Gabby took incredible care of us. The food was unique and varied beautifully from course to course. Would highly recommend.

Cannot say enough great things about our dining experience. Our server, Catalina, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure the food was timed perfectly to give us the best dining experience. Highly recommend the King Crab cooked dish and the liquid olives (if you like olives).
