Beau's Grille is the award winning restaurant at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn Hotel and Suites. For over 20 years, Chef Beau Schmidt and his staff have prepared each item with the freshest ingredients.                                                                                       The fireplace here is fantastic. Our waitress, Jamie, provided just the right amount of attentiveness. The menu has a very nice selection of meals. We enjoyed the Italian Rice Balls, Surf n’ Turf, Wedge Salad and the Grand Marnier Créme Brulè.

                                                                                      The best part of the the evening was having Dana. The worse part she was alone waiting on every table in a packed lounge. She is by far the sweetest person and I felt sorry for her and the stress she was under. We love Beau’s but our guests were upset that she was not more available. I certainly hope you reward her in some way for her amazing work ethic and kindness, both of which are difficult to come by these days. I rewarded her and trust she will receive some recognition from you. We’ll be back…because you are one of our favorite places.

                                                                                      We were out on the terrace that has heaters in the ceiling. Just so happens our table was by the thermostat for said heaters. Every time the host seated a new table the thermostat was adjusted. If we were doing a drinking game with this activity we would have had to be rolled out of there. Guess the host and wait staff not on the same page with the settings for the heaters. Food was good always is. Had to ask for water refill and was a little too anxious to clear our plates when we were not yet finished.

                                                                                      Seated right away and allowed to sit and talk and review menu with a glass of bubbly. Sea bass meal was over the top! Excellent attentive service which was not intrusive.

                                                                                      We really enjoyed the Valentines Day tasting event, highly recommended. Ambience was great and the food was delicious. It was my significant other’s first time dining at Beau’s and we will definitely return!
