Bad table, slow service, fire alarm with strobing lights all thru dinner. Door man, valets and carolers allE with their hands out. We go there once a year for a birthday celebration but I think this was the last year.

Breakfast with Santa is one of our favorite family traditions! I really liked the change of menu to a kids buffet this year. The hotel is so beautiful thank you for a festive family morning!

Our table and reservation was given away to someone else while we were standing right there at the front waiting for our table to be cleaned off. When we asked the woman at the desk said "well they said that was there table" and never sat us

Katia, Unfortunately, it can be challenging delivering excellence on a busy night. Our focus to excel in best customer service as possible every day and for every meal. Last night we clearly had our challenges delivering the service you very much deserved: we rotate tables and accommodate our guests based on reservation schedules and time of arrivals. It is not unusual to reassign a specific table to a different party based on flow of business and volume. I wish I could erase that experience and replacing it with a wonderful one for you and to deliver the stellar service you very much deserve. On your next visit, please let us know if there is a specific table you would like to be seated at reservation time, and it will be our absolute pleasure to lock it reserved for you.

Went at Christmas - Cavalier was absolutely beautiful. Obviously an up scale dining experience, and so it was in every way except service - our waitress was stretched thin and was slow to bring our cocktails.

Beautifully decorated for the holidays, Becca was packed with holiday diners. I had the she crab soup, which was the best I ever had, I also had the fall harvest salad with beets, kale, spiced pistachios and goat cheese. Both were delicious. My fellow diners all had the smoked Turkey club, also very good although the toasted bread made it difficult to eat. Service was a bit slow but perhaps they didn’t have enough help or it could been our server who was not very forthcoming. All in all a great experience and will certainly dine there again!
