So disappointed! My grandchildren drove from Smithtown to experience the characters from Encanto (Disney) which they didn’t have much of a turn out and canceled without telling us until dinner was on the table. Not the way to treat patrons! I personally will not go back, although I do have to say good life lesson for the toddlers. Beginnings should have called and told us.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. We understand how frustrating that must have been and truly apologize for the inconvenience. We were a little surprised to see your review on two separate platforms as when we had messaged you, we had explained we did not cancel the event but unfortunately the company had a mix up with the arrival time and the characters showed up over an hour and a half late after you all were completing your night. We would never cancel a character or an event for low turnout especially without informing our guests. We tried our best to make up for the situation with a gift card and offering the kids to eat free but we understand that this does not make up for your grandchildren's disappointment and for that we sincerely apologize.

We had a fantastic night celebrating my nephews birthday. We enjoyed a Yellowstone themed dinner. Check out their theme menus on their website. Our server Meghan was great! Priced at $65 this is a fun and inexpensive way to try 5 drinks and a 5 course meal. I found my new favorite tequila drink.
