I made a reservation for my anniversary, and I was so excited to try the food at Bell Hall- but it exceeded my expectations! It was delicious, and the service was great. I will definitely be returning again!!

The burgers themselves were good. The rolls were not. Told the manager and he did give us a gift card for next visit. He did say 2 other tables complained about the rolls also. Chef had decided to try these. Not a good decision.

When we arrived the hostess claimed they were out of highchairs. It wasn't until we threatened to leave that the manager looked in the basement and came back with three high chairs for us and another table that also needed one (this was the weekend of Disney on Ice so be prepared). Waitress had a generally poor demeanor, seem disinterested the entire meal. Food was pretty good, not mind blowing but pretty good. Apps, nachos and calamari, came out suspiciously fast (like under 3 minutes) that made you think they were premade.

There was a very long hair in our appetizer as well as on my fiancées glass of beer, we believe it was the waitress as she had very long hair that was not pulled up and they didn’t even offer to take it off the bill or bring us a new one on the house and then when she finally asked if we wanted a new one we already had our meals

Our small company Christmas party was held at Bell Hall. None of us had ever been there. The food and beer selections were great.

Staff was very unprofessional Service was slow for no one being in the restaurant roll was stale and the Burger was not that good had better burgers at Red Robin's

The menu it has lots of options for all your eaters. The food was good. I went with two people who are not into craft beers and the server wasn't able to make any recommendations. Very was disappointing. I really disliked the ambiance. I expected more for a brand new restaurant. Lighting was very bright, it wasn't very inviting. So many other restaurants in the Allentown area have a cozy atmosphere, the dining room of this restaurant does not. For a good burger there are dozens of other restaurants that have parking. We will pick one of those next time.
